Lawrence Bard, currently an active investor in commercial and residential real estate concentrating on developing passive income properties and vacant land for future development.  Larry has a wide ranging background that includes owning and operating a retail business, civil and mechanical engineering, sales and marketing for services and equipment, real estate appraisal and acquisition, financial analysis, and exit strategy implementation.  Larry has been active in real estate projects for over 25 years including vacant land, new construction, renovations, pre-foreclosures, commercial strip malls and plazas, single family residences, condos, townhouses, and apartments.  His management experience includes weekly, month-to-month, seasonal and annual terms for residential combined with gross and net leases on commercial properties.  He utilizes both professional management services as needed as well as a do-it-yourself approach to overseeing the investments.

Over 20 years experience in engineering, construction, management, sales and marketing prior to regaining life independent of employment.  Self employed / investor for over 10 years.  Currently Manage real estate projects in 5 states, 2 Canadian provinces, and a parcel in France.

Larry has conducted various technical seminars throughout the USA, Europe and Asia.  Now he is brings some of the wealth of knowledge and unique presentation style to a series of Real Estate Seminars starting in Quebec and Ontario Canada this summer.

Purchased and developed lots in Heber Arizona, built cabins, brought in utilities, installed septic and road access and sold with 10 year carry-back.

Renovated historical Victorian home in Ocean Grove, New Jersey.

Purchased pre-foreclosure cottage in Ocean Grove, New Jersey and used as seasonal rental eventually flipping for profit.

Purchased lot and contracted new construction home in Kissimmee, Florida to be used as short term luxury vacation rental for guests to Disney World.

Purchased run down townhouses in Scottsdale, Arizona and used as student housing for   producing income.  Eventually renovated completely and now appraised at 3X purchase price.
