HB Concepts LLC is presenting the 2 day real estate seminar in Montreal summer of 2007.  The seminar is based on $100,000's of educational investment and 10,000's hours of experience by the principle acquiring this knowledge and distilling the information into a condensed format for easy comprehension by both real estate professionals and novices alike.  The format and agenda follows:

Day 1--thinking and learning a method of real estate deals

  1. Business Development--the mission, team and leadership incorporated into operating the vision of your plan and the infrastructure required

  2. Property Description--where to find deals, screening techniques, residential versus commercial--

learn how to smell the $money$

  1. Accounting--financial literacy, taxes, cash flow analysis, cost/benefits of hold or flip and cash flow versus capital gains

  2. Financing--terms, conditions, OPM, loan types and how to obtain one

  3. Legal--incorporation types, contracts, title and environmental liability

  4. 3rd Party Reports--appraisal, inspection, environmental

  5. Insurance--property, liability, loss of income, title, and personal

  6. Offers and Closings--making offers, negotiations, and closings

  7. Property Management--documentation, background checks, maintenance, market and competition

  8. Leases and Contracts--types of leases and contracts used in real estate investments including escape clauses

Combining the knowledge gained in Day 1, with practical applications providing all the details necessary to complete each example.  Some of my team will be available to answer questions in their area of expertise.  Questions throughout the seminar will be encouraged, and we will strive to answer each attendies specific needs.

Day 2--practical application of the knowledge from Day 1

  1. Business Development--types of business forms used in personal deals in USA and Canada

  2. Property Description--properties looked at to find some deals that are then presented in there entirety

  3. Accounting--discussion of accounting analysis on numerous deals and the tax ramifications of each

  4. Financing--where the money came from for a series of deals

  5. Legal--legal entities for taking ownership of the deals

  6. 3rd Party Reports--examples of all necessary reports for the loan institution

  7. Insurance--types of insurance on the properties

  8. Offer and Closing--offers, negotiations, and closing papers for numerous deals

  9. Property Management--how each is being managed for profit

  10. Leases and Contracts--review of leases and contracts to determine long term viability of projects

Complete notebooks including the full set of documents presented throughout the two days will be provided--one each day to cover the material to be presented
